MagSi-protein A/G
MagSi-protein A and/or G beads can be used to detect or isolate target proteins by coupling the Fc domain of the IgG antibody for a target protein. The advantage of these beads compared to streptavidine beads is that the antibody does not need to be biotinylated. So they are ideal for protein isolation and proteomics.
