MagnaMedics Diagnostics BV is offering researchers a solution to purify all (crude) genomic samples that are in need of clean up and/or purification. The kit's flexible set-up guarantees to enable purification and concentration of the following samples:

It provides a satisfactory solution for manual, 96- and 384 well set ups, enabling researchers to work with flexible sample volumes and throughputs. Unique for the MagSi-DNA clean kit is the use of M-DRR (MagnaMedics-Dye Removal Reagent) that enhances removal of DyeDeoxyTM terminators even when samples are of suboptimal quality. There is no need to use different kits for PCR clean up followed by cycle sequencing clean-up. Furtheron, fast and simple protocols are addressing specifically automated work-flows.

PCR reactions
The MagSi-DNA clean kit is a fast and efficient tool separating PCR products (80 bp – 30 kb) for  removing of dNTP's, primers, enzymes, additives and salts. MagSi-DNA clean particles make sure that the user of the product has option to manually prepare the sample or make use of robotic systems for HT circumstances like the the Biomek® FXp. Besides these purposes the kit can also be used for concentrating low amounts of present PCR products and ligation mixtures by concentrating the products of interest. The recovery rate is 80– 95%.

DNA cycle sequencing reactions
In addition the MagSi-DNA clean kit is an efficient tool for removal of DyeDeoxyTM terminators from DNA cycle sequencing reactions of PCR-products and Plasmids after using ABITM terminator kits. Compared to several other suppliers our solution makes it possible to make use of the patented MagSi nanoparticle
technology offering a flexible approach to optimize your purification protocol to your demands.
